What is NessTool

The days of being able to install a jailbreak or an app installer directly to our iOS devices seem to be behind us, with all the most recent ones only accessible by sideloading them using a tool like Cydia Impactor. We have to do this because the apps we are using are not available in the iOS app store and are unsigned; Cydia Impactor will sign them so that we can use them. While this works to a greater degree, it is worth keeping in mind that, by using this method with a standard Apple ID, any app that you sideload will fail after 7 days because the certificate will expire and is revoked by Apple. To get it back, you must reload it using Cydia Impactor ,  and this has to be done every 7 days or so.

This is a bit of a pain to those who just want to get on and use their apps or jailbreak in peace so you will be pleased to know that there is now a way around it.  There is a new tool called Nesstool, similar in nature to Anti Revoke [ext link] in that it blocks the revocation of the certificates, allowing you to continue using the apps for as long as you want to. This doesn’t just affect the 7-day expiry on independent apps; Apple has also been known to revoke enterprise or developer certificates for those ++ apps that you love using, like Snapchat++, Spotify++, Pokémon Go++, and others like them.

How Nesstool Works :

Nesstool essentially installs a VPN on your iPhone or iPad. When you install it, it will ask for permission to create a VPN configuration so you must allow this otherwise the app cannot protect your device. Once fully installed, Nesstool will work quietly in the background, not interfering with any resources or any other operations on your device.

When Apple attempts to verify the app certificates, Nesstool will jump into play and will block the verification, allowing you to continue with the app uninterrupted for as long as you want I ton your device. Be aware that, like Anti Revoke, Nesstool will only work on the apps already running on your device at the time of installation.

So, what do you think about Nesstool ? Do you get annoyed by the 7-day expiry on your app certificates? Nesstool is worth a shot so follow us on Facebook to get full details on how to download it.

  1. Thank you team NessTool. This is the best tool for stopping the annoying revokes of my favourite tutu apps from Apple. Hate Apple , Love TUTU <3

  2. My friend told me this because we love watching or streaming free movies… and upon downloading TUTU App and along side with it is this one the Nesstool, but I have doubts before that it could ruin my iPad, but I download it anyway. Just to see how it works it’s my first time to here and use Nesstool. And, it worked great it’s functioning as vpn for apps . Yeah works silently in the background and I love the Bobby Movies app from tutu app which I downloaded. Great idea. Than cydia… hehehe no need for jail breaking the device just to get the apps , the paid apps I mean. Wow, great… sometimes I wish to learn to code that is my frustration.
